adidas Originals ZX 420 Quotool (2014)

An ultimate reward from adidas. Sparked from a poster by Peter O’Toole that illustrated a portion of Quote’s personal sneaker collection, adidas Originals saw it and commissioned the pair to produce a book on the collection, as well as giving them the opportunity to design their very own sneaker to accompany the release.

Inspired by Quote’s collection of adidas Denver runners, the remake featured a series of retro-style hues on the suede and mesh upper in a red, blue, and white colourway, all atop an Off-White vintage looking sole unit.
