adidas ZX 1000 C (1989)

Advanced cushioning made accessible. The adidas ZX 1000C brought Torsion technology to a committed entry-level runner within the ā€œCā€ class range. It used a PU midsole with embedded Torsion bar to improve energy transfer, forefoot control, and rearfoot stability, all atop a carbon rubber outsole providing excellent traction.

A synthetic suede and polypag mesh upper was equipped with variable lacing and a fabric lasted construction, for added comfort and foot support for the comfiest entry-level adidas ZX runner yet.
